Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of U5 VPN (the “App” and related services), operated by U5 AI And Digital Solutions. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

U5 VPN is a VPN client that routes traffic through encrypted tunnels using Outline / Shadowsocks-compatible session keys issued automatically. Available locations are Japan and Singapore (plus Auto).

2. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use VPN software in your country. Do not use the App for illegal activity.

3. Free plan

Default speed about 5 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload (operator may adjust).
Data unlimited by default (a daily quota may be set later).
Sessions end after a timer (default 40 minutes); you may need an interstitial ad and reconnect for a new key.
Ads may appear before connect and on the home screen. There is no rewarded-ad option.

4. Premium

U5 VPN offers Free and Premium only. Premium may remove or reduce ads and raise or remove speed/time caps as shown in the App. Purchases may go through Google Play or support/admin activation. Refunds follow the store policy or our written support decision.

5. Access keys and accounts

Keep session keys and account PIN/password confidential. Do not share or sell keys.
We may rotate session keys on reconnect.
We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attack or disrupt networks/infrastructure; send spam/malware/phishing; infringe others’ rights; bypass fair-use limits abusively; or reverse engineer the App except where law requires.

7. No absolute guarantees

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, unblock of every site, or complete anonymity.

8. Third-party services

The App may rely on AdMob, Google Play, email, hosting, or open-source components under their own terms.

9. Intellectual property

Branding and software (excluding third-party open-source) belong to U5 VPN / U5 AI And Digital Solutions or licensors. You receive a limited personal license under these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid for Premium in the three months before the claim (or zero on free plan).

12. Termination

You may stop using the App anytime. We may suspend access for breach or if we discontinue the service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
