These Terms govern your use of U5 VPN (the “App”), operated by U5 AI And Digital Solutions. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
U5 VPN is a VPN client for everyone. It connects using encrypted Outline / Shadowsocks-compatible session keys issued automatically. Free locations are Japan and Singapore (plus Auto). Premium may unlock more locations as we expand.
You must be allowed to use VPN software where you live. Do not use the App for illegal activity.
Purchase via Google Play Billing when available, or in-app support / admin activation. Refunds follow the store’s rules or our written support decision.
Do not attack or disrupt networks or our infrastructure; send spam, malware, or phishing; infringe others’ rights; abuse limits; or reverse engineer the App except where law requires.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, any specific speed, unblock of every site, or complete anonymity.
The App may use AdMob, Google Play, email delivery, hosting, and open-source components under their own terms.
Branding and App software (excluding third-party open source) belong to U5 AI And Digital Solutions or its licensors. You get a limited personal license under these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to Premium amounts paid in the three months before the claim (or zero on Free).
You may stop anytime. We may suspend access for breach or if we discontinue the service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
