This Privacy Policy explains how U5 VPN (“we”, “us”, “the App”), operated by U5 AI And Digital Solutions, handles information when you use our VPN application on Windows (desktop) or Android.

1. Who we are

U5 VPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity for personal use.

2. Information we collect

On-device settings — language, dark mode, auto-connect, selected server (Auto / Japan / Singapore), and similar preferences stored locally.
Device identifier — a random local ID generated on first launch to manage free sessions and Premium status on this device.
Session access keys — temporary keys issued by our Outline VPS for a VPN session. You do not paste keys manually.
Account email — only if you sign in (for PIN / password reset OTP).
Premium status — whether Premium is active on this device (Google Play or admin activation).
Diagnostic information — if you open Diagnostic Logs, technical status may be shown on screen. We do not automatically upload browsing history.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not intentionally log websites you visit, downloads, or encrypted VPN content for advertising profiles.
We do not require your real name or card details on the free tier.

4. How we use information

To connect and maintain VPN sessions through Japan and Singapore Outline servers.
To enforce free-plan limits (speed / session time) and show ads where applicable.
To remember settings and signed-in email on this device.
To provide Premium after a valid purchase or activation.
To respond to support requests.

5. Ads (free plan only)

The free plan may show interstitial ads before connect and a home banner (AdMob or admin promo). U5 VPN has no rewarded-ad feature. Premium removes or reduces ads as shown in the App.

6. VPN and network data

When connected, traffic is routed through our VPN infrastructure. Destinations see the VPN exit IP while the tunnel is active. No VPN guarantees anonymity in all situations.

7. Storage and retention

Most App data stays on your device until you clear it, uninstall, or sign out. Server-side records are kept only as needed for the service or law.

8. Children

U5 VPN is not directed at children under 13.

9. Your choices

Clear keys / cache from Settings · Account.
Sign out to remove stored email on this device.
Uninstall to remove local App data.
Email us about this policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
